How to Use 3D Training In Your MMA Workouts

In this video Eric Wong explains the 3 planes of movement for the human body. Understanding the planes of movement is useful for finding sports specific exercises to incorporate into your mma workouts.

As Eric points out, most guys only do exercises in the linear planes of motion, leaving out the most important plane of motion for knockout power – the transverse (rotational) plane.
