Sean Sherk Workout

Again one of my good friends Rik sent me this workout the other day on Facebook and thought I’d share it on my blog. Good on ya Rik for sending me some good stuff to share, appreciate it!

In this videos, Sena Sherk’s trainer Scott Ramsdell introduces us to his Caveman training.

One of the most impressive things about Sherk is his conditioning. Theres not many of his fights that Ive seen where I can recall him running out of gas. After watching this video I can see how he maintains that level of cardio.

For those that would like to give this wokout a try and didn’t bother to write it down I’ve done it for you.

25 min Total Time
185-190 BPM

1 min Tire flips
1 min Cable Crawl
1 min Chop Station
1 min Bear Crawl
1 min Rope Pulls

ROUND 2
2 min Aerodyne Bike
30 sec Gorilla Drills
2 min Ube Machine
30 sec Gorilla Drills

ROUND 3
30 sec Mount Punches
30 sec Med Ball Slaps
30 sec Plyo Push Ups
30 sec Ab Wheel

Repeat cycle in order for 5 min

1 min Bear Crawl
