Being that Im a big  Martial Arts, MMA and UFC fan, and I’m not really into building muscle that just looks “pretty”, but rather muscle that looks good and is functional too. Im a big fan of the martial arts and mma and have been doing various forms since I was 9 years old.

Eric Wong, BSc, CSCS

Eric specializes in training professional MMA fighters, helping them achieve levels of strength and conditioning that they never thought was possible.

His MMA Ripped program is based on his experience in helping MMA fighters who need to be lean, powerful, and have unlimited cardio, but not put too much muscle on.

Academic Background

Eric graduated with honours from the University of Waterloo’s Kinesiology program in 2004, where he specialized in exercise physiology and biomechanics. He studied under world-renowned back expert Dr. Stuart McGill.

After university, Eric continued his education studying with some of the leaders in the fitness industry, becoming certified as a CHEK Level I Practitioner. He continues to read, attend workshops, and talk to some of the best minds in the game to help his athletes continue to reach higher levels of performance.
