Just a quick recap of UFC 110 results which I just saw the other night.
I was really hoping to see the UFC Australian debut live but unfortunaetly I was not able to make it there so I had to watch it over the net.

A couple of the links are broken so I was only able to watch the Silva v Bisping fight which was a good one, Silva looking lean and mean and in the best form I have seen him in ages.
George Sotiropoulos gave Joe Stevenson all he could handle on his feet and on the ground and came out with the win in front of his home crowd.
Cro Cop finally came back to winning form and looked good against Anthony Perosh, unleashing some wickedly hard punches on the ground and cutting Perosh with a vicious elbow that ended the fight.

Just a quick side note…while I was on the site I noticed someone has posted some bizarre footage of Chuck Liddell and his girlfriend working out in the nude, presumable at their home.
Chuck is obviously not happy about it…and I can not blame him.
Its a bit rough when you can’t have a workout in your home (?) without a crazed fan or member of the papparazzi sticking their nose in your window!
The video was posted on Dailymotion.com and I was going to imbed it here and share it with you but in the interest of good taste I thought better of it…
