Here is the last video demo by Eric Wong of these 2 pushup variations from Scott Sonnon and the guys behind the TACFIT Commando Program…

The first is the Screw Pushup which is a variation that will improve shoulder endurance and mobility, which is greatly needed by all MMA fighters… Definitely add this one into your workouts…

The second is the Pillow Twist, which will improve both hip and shoulder mobility as well as upper body strength.
